Links to an external site. is a 3-credit hour academic course designed to help students successfully navigate the challenges of being a college student. Focused on personal, professional, and intellectual development, students at UNC who enroll and complete the course tend to earn higher grades and continue in college until graduation more so than students who do not participate. Instructors work to create an environment where you can build strong friendships, lasting peer networks, and connections to faculty and staff on campus.
